About Me & The Service

Compassionate Well-Being Coaching

As a well-being consultant with a strong academic and professional background, I offer a unique and comprehensive approach to online well-being coaching, via video call. (Online coaching is the same process as in-person coaching but delivered through online video calls). I hold a PhD from the University of Auckland and have spent much of my career working as a counsellor. Over the last ten years, I’ve shifted my focus to well-being, integrating mindfulness practices, insights from wisdom traditions, and findings from neuroscience.

Embracing Our True Nature

I believe that when we begin to glimpse the truth of our nature, we can find a clearer sense of freedom. In my coaching, I aim to create a supportive space where clients can:

  • Explore mindfulness techniques

  • Connect with ancient wisdom in a contemporary context

  • Understand how neuroscience can inform our daily lives

  • Discover their authentic selves

A Personal Touch

Originally from South Africa and now residing in the beautiful Tauranga, New Zealand, I draw inspiration from nature and enjoy long walks on the beach with my family. This connection to the environment enriches my approach to well-being and reminds me of the importance of balance in life.

Your Journey to Well-Being

If you’re looking for personal growth, stress relief, or a deeper understanding of yourself, I would be honored to support you on your journey. My online coaching services offer:

  • Personalized sessions tailored to your needs

  • Evidence-based techniques that promote lasting change
